Admissions
Gardena Valley Christian School seeks to serve the families of the South Bay who desire an accelerated academic program taught from a Christian perspective in a Christian environment. Students entering Gardena Valley Christian School should test at national norms or better on the entrance test in math, reading, spelling, and language skills. Student applicants are also evaluated on previous school report card, behavior history, and family support.
Returning students and siblings of Gardena Valley Christian School students, as well as Gardena Valley Christian Pre-School students, receive priority registration consideration with enrollment beginning on March 1st. Other applications will be available on April 1st and accepted thereafter. Gardena Valley Christian School limits class size to ensure optimum educational benefit. The selection of students rests with the school administration. Gardena Valley Christian School does not racially discriminate in the acceptance of students. To do so would be in direct violation of Christian principles set forth in God’s Word, the Bible.
